EXPLOSIONS yesterday afternoon rocked Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, this time very close to the sprawling new Government House. The car carrying the explosive device was detonated between the old Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, building on William Jumbo Street, Old GRA and a portion of the fence of the Government House just as another explosion rocked the Warri Refinery and Petrochemicals Company, WRPC, destroying the pipelines between the refinery and the NPDC Jetty at Ijadla village in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
