Riyadh — THE Federal Government has served notice to source $3.8 billion (about N463.6 billion) to meet a shortfall in funding requirements for oil and gas projects next year. This is besides the $4.97 billion budgetary allocation to fund government cash call obligations for joint venture projects in the oil and gas sector in 2008.
