Vanguard (Lagos)Calabar - SECOND-IN-COMMAND to the detained Henry Okah in the leadership of the Movement for Emancipation of Niger-Delta (MEND), General Boyloaf, has said it was not true that the Minister of State for Niger-Delta Affairs, Elder Godsay Orubebe, asked the militant group to name any price for the release of British hostage, Mr. Robin Barry Hughes.
